Technical Requirements:
The LifeSkills Training eToolbox Website has been designed to work with recent versions of all major market browsers on computers running Macintosh or Windows operating systems. If you are using a browser that is more than two years old, you may want to install a more recent version for best performance. Two popular browsers that work well with the site are Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox.

A broadband connection, such as DSL, cable modem or T1, is highly recommended, particularly for the sections containing video. (Video clips are all labeled, so if you are accessing the site via dial-up modem, you can return later using a broadband connection to view the video.)

Flash
Flash Player 6 or higher is required to view the Flash content, including the video, on this site. The site will automatically alert you if the Flash player is not installed or if the player is not recent enough. A link will also be provided to download the appropriate player. The download is quick, and installation is simple.

Video
The video clips are presented using Flash. Only the Flash Player (version 6 or higher) is required. If you are viewing the site via dial-up connection, we suggest that you return to the video segments at a later date, and view them over a broadband connection.

PDFs
PDFs are included throughout the site. These documents can be downloaded for viewing on your computer or viewed in your browser. (If you have the Acrobat Reader browser plug-in installed.) PDFs being viewed in your browser can also be printed or saved to your computer for printing/viewing later.

Printing
If you wish to print the contents of any of the following web pages, scroll to the bottom right-hand corner and click on the printer icon and a separate printable view of the page will open. Continue to print from your internet browser.
